Billing FAQ
When am I charged? At the beginning of each month for the previous month's usage.
Can I set spending limits? Not currently, but usage monitoring helps track costs.
What happens if payment fails? We'll retry payment and notify you. No service interruptions until the third failed payment attempt.
Can I get a refund? Please reach out to hello@worktree.ca and we'll gladly help with any issues, billing or otherwise.
